Idaho Catholic Appeal

The Idaho Catholic Appeal is the main funding source supporting the varied ministries of the Diocese, our Catholic Church of Idaho, and the diocese’s support of some ministries of the National Church and the Universal Church.

When you contribute to the Idaho Catholic Appeal, your gift reaches out to aid Jesus with His work in Idaho, in the United States and throughout the world. Listed below are the many uses of the funds. Your gift gives life to the Body of Christ and also comes home to help you.

Idaho Catholic Foundation Funds

There are many different accounts you can specify when you make a contribution to the Idaho Catholic Foundation.

Diocesan Special Funds

This area of giving is for a cross section of local and national Catholic ministries ranging from Catholic Relief Services for Natural Disaster Relief in Foreign Countries to Catholic Charities for Disaster Relief work in the United States.

Here you can donate to the Catholic Extension Society, the Black and Indian Missions and other national ministries that have been very generous to the parishes and schools of the Diocese of Boise across the state over the years.

Here you can help various other causes by donating towards the education of our Seminarians as well Priest Retirement in the Diocese, and the National Religious Retirement Fund. On the next screen which is updated regularly to reflect the current environment you can see a list of the current needs which are many.
