The Office of Development supports the mission of the Diocese of Boise by actively seeking the financial resources and funding opportunities needed to support and advance the Church’s pastoral programs and ministries.  The Office plans and implements major diocesan appeals, builds relationships with donors, and provides ongoing guidance, education, resources, and leadership training to clergy and laity in the areas of charitable giving, fundraising, and stewardship.

Having worked in the both the non-profit and corporate environment, I have had the opportunity to experience many different roles and responsibilities.  Somehow the work always brought me back to the data, and truly this is where my passion lies. With over eight years of experience in fundraising software and Raiser’s Edge in particular, I truly love finding all the puzzle pieces that exist, putting those pieces together and seeing the end result in the picture it creates.  The opportunity to work for the Dioceses in building the foundation of information to be used in its fundraising efforts is a challenge I am very excited to have accepted.   I look forward to working with everyone as we begin this historic capital campaign.
