Business Manager - The HFCS Business Manager is a part time position that supports the missions of the Diocese of Boise and Holy Family Catholic School by managing finances, human resources, and the National Hot Lunch Program. The Business Manager works collaboratively with the principal, office personnel, the Finance Council, and the Advisory Council to maintain and promote organizational financial health, monitor and schedule facility rentals, prepare and present monthly reports, and support the school’s lunch program. Specifically, the Business Manager is responsible for: payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounts, financial reports and budget, facility rental, National School Lunch Program, Financial Assistance program, and miscellaneous office support.
Education & Experience: B.A. degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field. Experience as a Business Manager, CPA, Accountant and/or equivalent management experience preferred.
