The Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise Information Technology (RCDB-IT) Department has as it’s mission the understanding and deployment of modern data processing technology to help other ministries of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise effectively minister to the spiritual needs of the Catholic Faith Community at large.
The department provides services to both the central administrative employees of the diocese as well as to various schools, parishes and other ministries across the diocese. RCDB-IT handles local and remote network design implementation and administration, centralized hardware and software procurement and implementation, and desktop support for end users on a contracted basis. In addition it hosts the diocesan, and various other school and parish web sites across the state in a secure server environment.
