Resource Center



Resources may be obtained by personally visiting the Resource Center, sending an email request or calling to reserve materials. Please allow ample time for requested materials to be mailed to you.

Providing that the resources are available, media will be mailed out within 48 hours of receiving your requests. All items must be returned to the Resource Center on or before the Due Date indicated on the Checkout/Fines Transaction Report given to each patron. The effectiveness of the Resource Center depends on everyone’s cooperation.


Mailing Procedure


It is imperative that media be protected when being returned. You are asked to be certain that items you borrow are returned with the protective packaging included in the package. Resources must be returned in the same condition they were sent out. 


Check out period


All resources are checked out for a period of three weeks.


How many can I check out?


Patrons are limited to a maximum of six items.


If materials are damaged

Any damage to a video, DVD, CD-Rom or book must be reported IMMEDIATELY. Patrons will be charged for the replacement of damaged resources. You will find the replacement cost of the damage resource(s) in your Checkout/Fines Transaction Report.
