Director of Development, St. Thomas More Catholic Student Center


The Development Director reports directly to the Pastor. Is responsible for leading and managing the fund development program, raising funds for the ministry and programs of St. Thomas More Student Center, and managing all committees involved in fund development activities. Primary responsibilities and relationships with other people in the institution are outlined below.

Principal of Sacred Heart Catholic School


Sacred Heart Catholic School in Boise, ID is seeking a principal to start summer 2022. Sacred Heart serves over 200 students in PreK-8th grade. The school is an integral part of Sacred Heart Catholic parish located on the Boise bench.

Kindergarten IA and After Care Monitor (St. Mary's Parish)


The Kindergarten Instructional Assistant will assist the lead Kindergarten teacher in the supervision and instruction of students. The Instructional Assistant is responsible to help provide a well-organized, smoothly functional class environment in which students can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials.
As the After Care Monitor, they will supervise students after school in the After Care program and ensure a safe and orderly environment for students until a family member arrives to pick them up.

Parish Financial Controller


The Parish Financial Controller provides key bookkeeping and recordkeeping support for the financial aspects of the parish as a whole.

This position provides key financial recordkeeping support of the parish properties, cemetery, school and missions to the Pastor, Parish Business Manager and the Parish Finance Council in accordance with diocesan financial policy and procedures. The Parish Financial Controller administers the finances of the parish in accordance with sound financial practices.

The primary function of the Controller is to serve as a skilled resource and aide to the parish office by providing necessary financial recordkeeping and financial management services to the Pastor and to those who seek assistance from the office. The Controller will collaborate with the Pastor to oversee all financial affairs of the parish and to assist the Pastor in financial decisions. The Controller will work closely with the Parish Business Manager to help each other provide accountability and transparency for the parish.

Janitor, St. Mark's


St. Mark's is seeking a full time janitor to help with the cleaning of our church building and upkeep of grounds. Must be dependable, able to lift 20 LBS, and possess good communication skills.

School Principal Leadership Position

Moscow, ID

St. Mary’s Parish School is seeking an educational leader with strong Catholic faith to implement our mission and vision. The Principal is ultimately responsible for the overall success of the school and will report to the Parish priest/superintendent. This position will start June 2022.

Instructional Aide, Second Grade (Part-Time)


St. Paul’s Catholic School is seeking a part-time, second grade instructional aide to support one classroom teacher, provide student instruction, and supervise student recess.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 3.5 hours per day.
Start Date: Late September 2021. Instructional Aides are hourly paid employees.

St. Ignatius Catholic School is seeking a part-time custodian. The custodial staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the school building and grounds in order to provide a safe and clean learning and work environment for students, staff, and the community. This position requires a strong work ethic and an attention to detail.

Coordinator of Adult Faith Formation


This position is responsible for coordinating the adult faith formation programs, RCIA, parish ministries, evangelization retreats and safe environment training.

Case Manager

Idaho Falls

The Pathways to Progress Services Coordinator will assist individuals to access needed services, skills and resources to support their environmental, physical, emotional, relational, social, and financial wellbeing. Functions include intake and resource navigation services for clients phoning or walking in to the agency, case management provision, and program support to the Counseling and Immigration teams.

Case Manager


The Pathways to Progress Services Coordinator will provide a range of direct services in support of individual and family self-sufficiency and resilience. Service activities will include client assessment, case management, and individual and group education and training in areas related to money management, parenting, behavioral intervention, resource navigation and service enrollment.

Coordinator of Religious Education


The Coordinator of Religious Education provides vision and coordination for the parish’s efforts in ministry to children from 2nd through 5th grades,  young people from 6th  through 12th grades as well as young adults ages 18-25. This includes high school and middle school sessions (weekly or bi-weekly gatherings), monthly activities, catechesis and sacramental preparation (confirmation), and programming to serve the needs of young adults. This person is responsible for designing, developing and implementing programs and events to enhance and foster the faith formation of the youth. The Coordinator of Religious Education will work collaboratively with the pastor, and other parish staff. The CRE performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision and values of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise.
