Preschool Instructional Aide
St. Mark’s preschool serves three and four year olds during the academic school year. It is located in the St. Mark’s Catholic School facility and operates from 7:30 to 3:00 pm daily.
Coordinator of Adult Faith Formation
This position is responsible for coordinating the adult faith formation programs, RCIA, parish ministries, evangelization retreats and safe environment training.
The Pathways to Progress Services Coordinator will assist individuals to access needed services, skills and resources to support their environmental, physical, emotional, relational, social, and financial wellbeing. Functions include intake and resource navigation services for clients phoning or walking in to the agency, case management provision, and program support to the Counseling and Immigration teams.
Director of Religious Education & Youth Ministry
Responsible for grades Pre-K through 12th grade
Collaborates with: Parish staff, ministry leadership team, diocesan office of religious education/youth ministry.
Full time position 30+ hours/week
This position's role is to support and maintain in-house computer users, systems and desktops. Duties include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading hardware, software and other equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. This role also troubleshoots problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provides end user training and assistance when requested. The ideal candidate will have an eagerness to learn, have excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to support a wide range of personalities.
The Pathways to Progress Services Coordinator will provide a range of direct services in support of individual and family self-sufficiency and resilience. Service activities will include client assessment, case management, and individual and group education and training in areas related to money management, parenting, behavioral intervention, resource navigation and service enrollment.
