This position is responsible for coordinating the adult faith formation programs, RCIA, parish ministries, evangelization retreats and safe environment training.
The Pathways to Progress Services Coordinator will assist individuals to access needed services, skills and resources to support their environmental, physical, emotional, relational, social, and financial wellbeing. Functions include intake and resource navigation services for clients phoning or walking in to the agency, case management provision, and program support to the Counseling and Immigration teams.

Service activities will include client assessment, case management, and individual and group education and training in areas related to money management, parenting, behavioral intervention, resource navigation and service enrollment.

The Coordinator of Religious Education will work collaboratively with the pastor, and other parish staff. The CRE performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision and values of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise.
