Office of Prison Ministry

Idaho Catholic prison ministry volunteers serve more than 10 adult correctional facilities as well as 4 juvenile facilities throughout the state. Volunteers lead scriptural studies, sacramental preparation, and assist priests in providing Mass and confession. Each volunteer receives training through Idaho Department of Corrections and the Diocese of Boise in order to best serve the men, women and children in prison.
